Live in a Way That Honors What Was Given
There are moments throughout the year that invite us to pause and reflect.
Memorial Day is one of those moments.
It is a time set aside to honor those who gave their lives in service.
A time to remember sacrifice.
A time to reflect on the freedoms we often move through without thinking.
But reflection is not meant to stop at remembrance.
It can also lead us to consider how we are living.
Each of us has been given something.
Time. Opportunity. Ability. Influence.
And while our lives may look different, the responsibility remains the same.
Living With Intention Moving Forward
To live with intention.
To use what we have in a meaningful way.
To make choices that align with who we are becoming.
Honoring sacrifice is not only about looking back.
It is also about how we move forward.
Are we living on purpose?
Are we making decisions that reflect gratitude?
Are we using our time wisely?
A meaningful life is not built in one moment.
It is shaped through daily choices.
Small decisions, made consistently.
Choosing growth.
Choosing discipline.
Choosing to show up with intention.
We may not control everything.
But we do have the ability to choose how we live.
And that, in itself, is a gift.
You do not have to change everything at once.
But you can begin by choosing intention today.
Reflection: Pause and Consider
What has been entrusted to me in this season of my life?
Am I living in a way that reflects gratitude for it?
What is one intentional choice I can make today that aligns with the life I want to build?
