Physical Products

All sales of physical books, workbooks, and merchandise are final. Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final due to instant access. Technical issues will be resolved upon contacting support.

Events and Workshops

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. If LCAROL LLC cancels an event, refunds will be provided. Refund Processing Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing times

vary.
